I look at the big picture and take a mindful approach with my clients to understand what service I can provide and what they need from me to achieve their goals.

I love working with people of all ages and abilities who are keen to get back into training or have a new fitness goal, or working with clients in developing strength and conditioning for running, triathlon and functional training.

Philosophy

I love to help people find enjoyment in movement rather than thinking about fitness as a chore. Let's find what works for you!

I've been in the industry for 13 years. I'm interested in continually helping make people’s lives easier physically, mentally and emotionally.

Kerrin

I've been in fitness and sports coaching for 30+ years.

I began gymnastics coaching while still at school before moving into personal training, gym programs, tennis coaching, and starting my own CrossFit Affiliate, where I coach both adults and kids.

My philosophy

Give life your best shot! My passion is inspiring others to see what they can achieve and helping them get there.

Whether you're a beginner or well into training, are old, young or have specific mobility needs, I'd love to help you set and reach your goals, so please feel free to chat with me.

My areas of interest include weight lifting, injury prevention and rehabilitation, core stability and strengthening and women's health.
