Our Active Intro Pass lets you try the gym, group fitness and small group training with 5 visits for $25 (valid for 14-days). Concession discounts
We offer Level 1 and Level 2 concession rates on our memberships. To access a concession rate, you must present a valid concession card in person when purchasing your membership. Concession rates are not available for online purchases.

How to signup online
- Go to: Xplor Member Portal
- Login or create an Xplor account
- Select 'Memberships' drop down from the main menu
- Select 'Ongoing Direct Debit Membership' or 'Upfront Membership'
- Choose the type of membership
- Select who you're buying the membership for, then 'Continue'
- Read terms and conditions and complete the questionaire
- Select 'Add to Cart'
- Enter payment details and select 'Place My Order'
- Pickup your access fob or wristband upon your first visit.
Manage my membership
Membership suspensions
The minimum suspension ('freeze’) period is three days for all memberships, including medical suspensions.
Direct debit members receive up to 28 days of freeze a year at no cost. After 28 days you can suspend membership for 35 cents per day for up to 182 days.
In addition to the 28 free days, you can request a medical suspension if you have a valid medical certificate. Medical suspensions can be applied for a period in the past if your medical certificate covers those dates.
Upfront members receive 28 days of suspension per year at no cost.
You can suspend your membership by filling out the Membership Suspension Form online. For medical suspensions, submit your medical certificate online.
Membership cancellations
If you wish to cancel your Active direct debit membership, submit your cancellation request online.
Your membership will be cancelled after the remainder of the scheduled fortnight time has been completed.
You will need to pay a joining fee if you re-join in the future.

All services at Harold Holt Swim Centre, Margaret Connellan Stadium, Orrong Romanis Recreation Centre and Prahran Aquatic Centre are subject to a set of terms and conditions.
