The Les Mills Grit Series is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

STRONG Nation uses fast-paced rhythms like EDM, Hip-Hop, and fusion genres like Moombahton to get you 100% focused on the moves instead of counting reps. STRONG Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music designed to match every move. Every squat, every lunge, and every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep and maybe even five more.

In a BODYSTEP workout, you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises, resulting in a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don't worry, there are heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful. We play invigorating hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way.

Aqua fitness
Aqua classes build strength and aerobic fitness with a variety of movements using aqua dumbbells, noodles and body weight moves. Aqua classes include shallow water (chest-to-shoulder height) and deep water (suspended with a floatation belt).
