Fitness for Parents with Bubs
These indoor fitness classes designed specifically for parents with bubs. It is suitable for all fitness levels, with exercises adapted to suit your ability and needs.
These sessions focus on increasing overall cardio & strength, improve posture & flexibility, strengthen pelvic floor, core & lower back muscles, gain energy and meet other parents and bubs!

Yoga
In these yoga sessions, you're guided through a practice where you can recognise the fundamental link between the body and the mind. This practice encourages flexibility and strength and focuses on the breath.
These classes are suitable for all fitness levels, with movements adapted to suit your ability and needs.
