Melbourne Rugby Club is offering free come and try rugby union sessions for women and youth girls as part of the She Moves Stonnington campaign.

No experience is needed – sessions are designed to be supportive, inclusive and fun, with guidance from an experienced coaching team.

Rugby is a global sport for all ages, sizes and abilities, offering both social and competitive pathways. Women’s and girls’ rugby is growing rapidly, and Australia will host the Women’s Rugby World Cup in 2029.
