How to buy a Get Active Pass

  1. Visit us in-centre at Harold Holt Swim Centre or Prahran Aquatic Centre.
  2. Reception will help you create a new or update an existing Xplor account.
  3. Show your photo ID.
  4. Pay $15 and receive your access card.

Get your money back when you become a member

If you decide to join us as a direct debit member after using your Get Active Pass, we will take $15 off your membership joining fee. This offer is valid for 28 days from the date your Get Active Pass is purchased.

  1. Visit us in-centre within the 28 days of purchasing the Get Active Pass.
  2. Reception will add your finance information to your Xplor account.
  3. Pay remainder of the joining fee and any pro rata membership fees.
  4. Receive your membership access fob or wristband.

Get Active Pass terms and conditions

  • Eligibility
     The Get Active Pass is only available to individuals aged 16 years and older who have not held an Active Complete membership or redeemed a Get Active Pass within the past 12 months.
  • Current members
     Current Active Aquatic or Active Fitness members are not permitted to suspend their existing membership in order to access the Get Active Pass.
  • Validity period
     The Get Active Pass includes 5 visits that are valid for 14 consecutive days from the date of purchase. Any unused visits will expire after the 14-day period.
  • No suspension or extension
     The Get Active Pass cannot be paused, suspended, extended, or otherwise altered for any reason.
  • Non-transferable
     The offer is strictly non‑transferable and may not be shared, assigned, resold, or used by any person other than the purchaser.
  • Reduced joining fee offer
     Customers who purchase a Get Active Pass are eligible to receive $15 off the standard joining fee when signing up for a direct debit membership. This offer is valid for 28 days from the date of Get Active Pass purchase and applies only where a joining fee is payable. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any promotion or offer that already waives the joining fee. Offer is redeemable in-centre only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
