About the program

Cardio Tennis is a fast-paced workout that combines tennis drills with fitness-based activities. It’s designed to get your heart rate up, improve your footwork, and build your skills – all in a fun, social environment. Whether you’re new to tennis or already play, it’s a great way to stay active.

There is also a Hot Shots junior tennis program starting after this session.

Who can join?

  • People aged 16-plus
  • Beginner to intermediate 

What to bring

  • Runners and activewear
  • Water bottle
  • Racquet (available onsite if needed)
