Group fitness timetable

We run over 60 weekly classes in various styles so that you can work out with us in person or in the comfort of your home.

Over the holiday period, from Wednesday 24 December 2025 to Sunday 11 January 2026, we’ll be operating a reduced fitness timetable. A selection of our most popular classes will still be running, but with fewer sessions and some adjusted times, as our team takes a short, well-deserved break.

Our full timetable will resume from Monday 12 January 2026, ready to kick off the new year with renewed energy.

Small Group Training

Small Group Training (SGT) is a 30-minute session run by a gym instructor. SGT classes are exclusive to Active Fitness and Active Complete members only, with a maximum of eight participants.
