Men’s Health Week (8-14 June 2026) is an important reminder to check in on your health and wellbeing, and ensure your lifestyle is supporting you in the best possible way.

One of the most effective ways to improve both physical and mental health is to stay active.

Staying active can help:

  • improve mental wellbeing,

To help you take charge of your health, Harold Holt Health Club are offering men a free 1-hour health consultations, including:

  • a blood pressure check,
  • personalised fitness program and
  • general lifestyle and dietary advice. 

Consultations must take place during Men's Health Week (8-14 June 2026), while spots last.
