Join Active Stonnington for a three-part health seminar series designed to support your health and fitness journey.

These engaging sessions will explore exercise, recovery, and nutrition, providing valuable insights to help you move better, feel stronger, and reach your goals.

Feature topics include menopause and osteoarthritis (see session descriptions).

  • Must be aged 16 or older.
  • Sessions will be held in the Group Fitness Studio (in-person only).
  • Each session runs for 45 minutes to 1 hour and includes time for Q&A.
  • Free for Active Complete members (Check your email for discount code).

  • Session 1: Myotherapy – Injury & performance management
    Monday 20 October | 6-7pm | Hosted by Recover to Perform
    Discover how myotherapy can aid in injury prevention, recovery, and performance enhancement.
  • Session 2: Exercise – Strength training
    Tuesday 21 October | 12-1pm | Hosted by Recover to Perform
    Learn how to safely incorporate strength training into your routine, with a focus on managing menopause and osteoarthritis.
  • Session 3: Nutrition – Healthy eating
    Wednesday 29 October | 6-7pm | Hosted by Margaret McGowan, Dietitian & Women’s Health Researcher
  • Gain practical tips on healthy eating, food label reading, and fueling your body for muscle growth and healthy ageing.
