Pilates in the Park at Central Park

Start your Wednesday with a supportive and energising Pilates session in the fresh air of Central Park. Led by a qualified instructor, these sessions focus on building core strength, improving mobility and helping you move with confidence in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Please bring your own yoga mat, water, towel and a hat.

Registration is essential. All participants must complete the registration form and a short Pre Exercise Health Questionnaire before attending.

This session is part of the She Moves Stonnington campaign, a week of low-cost and accessible fitness opportunities for women and girls.
