Confidence at the outdoor gym – guided sessions for older women

Build confidence and strength using outdoor fitness stations in your local area in a safe and supportive environment. 

These guided sessions are designed for older women who want to learn how to safely and confidently use outdoor fitness equipment. Sessions focus on low-to-moderate intensity strength and light cardio exercises, with clear instruction on correct technique and equipment use. 

This is an introductory program aimed at building confidence rather than delivering a high-intensity workout. Participants will rotate through stations in small groups, with time to practise movements and ask questions.

An online health self-assessment is required prior to attending, and medical advice should be sought if there are any health concerns that may affect safe participation.

Each session has a capacity of 10 participants, registration is essential.
