Malvern, Prahran Square and Toorak/South Yarra Libraries are open Monday - Saturday, with extended hours on select days.
Phoenix Park Library remains closed until early May for major building works.
Libraries will be closed on Monday 8 March for the Labour Day Public Holiday.
