Phoenix Park Library

Phoenix Park Library is one of four libraries within the City of Stonnington. Located within the Phoenix Park Community Centre in Malvern East, the library provides our community with library and information services and free WiFi.

A car park out the front has limited parking, and includes three disability-permit parking spaces (time restrictions do not apply).
