If your pet's tag is lost, it's easy to order a replacement.
here are two types of tags:
- plastic tag (blue): free
- round metal tag (25 mm diameter): $5
To order a replacement tag, call us on 03 8290 1333 or email council@stonnington.vic.gov.au
You will need to provide your:
- name
- address
- preferred tag.
If ordering a metal tag, you can pay over the phone or at the Stonnington Service Centre.
