Local Law permits - Building

We are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of permit requests. There may be a delay in the response to your call or permit request.

Any Local Law permit or consent must be obtained before starting building works under City of Stonnington Locals Laws and the Road Management Act 2004.

If your building works involve tree pruning or removal, you may need a Tree Works Permit.
