The City of Stonnington has moved to a new online service system. There may be processing delays during the transition period.
If you are having difficulty paying rates, fees or charges, the City of Stonnington has support options in place.
These include rates deferrals, interest waiving, and individual arrangements to suit your situation. For more information on available options, see our Rates Financial Hardship Policy(PDF, 670KB).
We also have a financial counselling partnership with Good Shepherd Australia. They may be able to help with your financial affairs.
