About our online self-service platform
The City of Stonnington has transitioned to a new online self-service platform. You can use the following information to guide you through the registration process.
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with our new system. These issues are being investigated, and the steps below will ensure you can still register.
Accessibility mode
To assist you with the registration process, you can turn on accessibility mode to view the dashboard in a simpler format.
To register using the accessibility function, you need to select 'Accessibility Mode' which appears under the 'Log On' button.
You then need to select 'Don't have an account?', followed by the 'Register using Email' button with the envelope icon.
The site will redirect you to a new page that says 'Test'. Click on 'Test' and you will be taken to the registration page.
Changing your address
If you need to update your address in our online self-service platform, you can call 03 8290 1333 at any time and we can assist you with updating your details.
Overseas addresses
Overseas postal addresses cannot be registered in our online self-service platform.
If you have an overseas postal address, you can call 03 8290 1333 at any time and we can assist you.
Resetting your password
If you forget your password before logging in for the first time, please call 03 8290 1333 at any time to have your registration updated to allow re-registration.
Receipt of payment
You can make payments for you online applications immediately.
A receipt will be issued once your application is processed. If relevant, your permit will be emailed with your receipt.
Verification link in email
Verification emails will expire after 4 hours.
If you attempt verification at a later time, you will be taken to the login page where you will see the below message:
You will need to click 'resend' where you may be redirected to a new page (eg. Microsoft login). Please close this window and proceed to register.
