Survey
We have incontinence product disposal bins in male toilet cubicles across six Council sites at our libraries and community centres. We'd love to hear from you about this program.
Try the bins and provide feedback via our short survey by 30 June:

BINS4Blokes initiative
The City of Stonnington is proud to partner with Continence Health Australia and the BINS4Blokes initiative to support men and boys living with incontinence. There are now incontinence product disposal bins in 6 locations across the City of Stonnington.
This issue is not as uncommon as you might think.
According to research by Continence Health Australia, 2.4 million Australian men and boys are living with incontinence. Of these, half avoid situations where they don’t have access to appropriate bins.
A lack of facilities can result in social isolation, reduced quality of life and mental health issues. There are indications that between 20 and 43 per cent of people who live with incontinence may also have depression. With this initiative, we want to instigate change by reducing the stigma around male incontinence and creating more inclusive public spaces for everyone.
You’re not alone. You’re just not talking about it.
Start the conversation and get back out there doing the things you love – we’ve got your back, and your bin!
