The City of Stonnington use online self-service platforms that allow you to easily complete a variety of tasks including planning applications, pet registrations and making payments.

Parking infringements

When it comes to paying or managing your parking fine, you can:

  • pay your fine in full online, by post or in person
  • apply to pay for the fine through a payment plan
  • appeal the fine by submitting a request with supporting documents
  • nominate another driver if you weren’t driving the vehicle at the time of the infringement.

Parking permits

The City of Stonnington is moving to a new digital parking permit system on 2 January 2026. Any permit applications submitted in late December that have not been processed by 31 December 2025 will be processed in the new system.

You can apply for and renew your parking permits online.

Our ePlanning platform includes our planning permit register, where you can search for application and permit information.

You can use our online self-service platform to find your concern and submit your customer service request.

You can also register and apply and pay for:

  • building, animal or business permits
  • compliance certificates
  • registration fees for a pet, swimming pool or business

  • track the progress of applications
  • manage and update your personal details.
