The City of Stonnington uses an online self-service platform. This allows you to easily manage your account and make a range of applications, payments and registrations.

Why should I register? 

When you register for our online platform, you can:

  • apply and pay for building, animal or business permits
  • apply and pay for compliance certificates
  • register and pay registration fees for a pet, swimming pool or business
  • track the progress of applications
  • report a range of issues
  • manage and update your personal details.

Go to the registration page

Click the "Don't have an account" button on the portal homepage.

Register now

Create your account

Enter your personal details, including your name, address and contact information. 

Verify your email

You will receive an email to verify your account. 

Click on the link in the email to verify your account. 

Log in and access services

Once verified, log in to the portal to start submitting and tracking permits, updating details and more.
