The Stonnington Stonnington Services and Visitor Hub at Prahran Sqaure is open for customer service enquires with social distancing and increased cleaning measures in place.

No cash payments, only EFTPOS will be accepted.

Only two people are allowed in the centre at a time to ensure social distancing.

Stonnington Depot customer service centres remain closed.

A staff member will greet you and advise the estimated waiting time, covered areas and seating are available nearby.

Visit the Stonnington Services and Visitor Hub and speak to our customer service team for Council advice and assistance, including:

  • payments
  • lodgement of applications and permits
  • parking permits
  • service and maintenance requests
  • reporting an issue
  • recycling of household batteries, mobile phones and CDs.
