The city of Stonnington is restoring Prahran Market. The market building and infrastructure was the subject of detailed building condition audits which identified a number of items in need of remediation and repair.

Responding to the findings of the building condition audits we have completed further investigations and developed a remediation plan that over a three to four year program of works will see this iconic landmark and shopping destination returned to its best.

The Market restoration works commenced in early-2023 and will be delivered progressively over a number of stages.

We recognise works of this nature will cause some inconvenience. Every effort will be made to keep disruption to a minimum.
