Search the light location on the CitiPower Public Lighting online map to check who it is managed by and report your issue to the correct authority directly.

Lights in parks or sportsgrounds

Lighting in parks, sport grounds are managed by City of Stonnington.  
 
You can report issues the following issues: 

  • dim lights 

  • lights that are too bright, glaring or causing a nuisance 

  • lights on during the day 

  • lights blinking on and off 

  • multiple lights not working 

  • possible safety hazards or pole damage 

  • suggestion for new lighting installation 

  • suggestion for light pole removal or relocation 

  • single light not working

Light emissions coming from private properties (e.g. homes or businesses)

If lighting from a business or another residential property is affecting your sleep or is causing a nuisance to your living environment, you can report the issue, and we will investigate.
