Our Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2025–29(PDF, 13MB) sets out how we’ll work to improve the health and wellbeing of our community over the next four years. With a strong focus on prevention, it defines where we will focus, what we want to achieve, and the partnerships we’ll need to support a healthier, more inclusive Stonnington.
