Land Information Certificate applications

When a person is selling a property, they’re required to add a Land Information Certificate to the Section 32 or Contract of Sale. 

You can apply for a Land Information Certificate electronically or by mail.

Before you apply, register for an eService username and temporary password.

Step 2.Certificate is issued

You'll receive the certificate in PDF format via email.

By mail

Step 2.Completed the form and pay

Post the Land Information Certificate application form and payment to:

Current fees

  • Standard application: $27.80
  • Priority application: $88.80 (processed within 24 hours)

We'll mail the Land Information Certificate to you within three working days of your application and within 24 hours if you opt for the priority application.
