Land Information Certificate applications

The City of Stonnington is moving to a new online service system. There may be processing delays during the October transition period. Online payments will be unavailable from Friday 24 October to Monday 27 October.  

When a person is selling a property, they’re required to add a Land Information Certificate to the Section 32 or Contract of Sale.

You can apply for a Land Information Certificate by mail.

Complete the application form

Send the completed the Land Information Certificate Application form(PDF, 27KB) and payment to:

Receive your certificate

We will mail the Land Information Certificate to you within 3 business days of your application and within 24 hours if you opt for the priority application. You'll receive the certificate in PDF format via email.
