October - Come and try - Harold Holt Health Club
Come and try classes in this thriving Active Adults community at Harold Holt and feel the benefits. There is a wide range of classes including aqua, cardio and resistance, aerobics and Zumba Gold. All Active Adults classes focus on maintaining muscle mass as we age, balance, coordination and social connection.
