Delve into yarn therapy with this super easy knitting lesson!
In recent years knitting and crochet have gained more popularity due to their calming effects. The repetitive action engages the pre-frontal cortex of the brain and stops mental chatter. It’s like meditation, but with colours, shapes and fluffy textures!
This facilitated workshop is in a supportive and nurturing environment. Small workshop groups will help you to feel comfortable to move at your own pace. As everyone has different learning styles, there will be group demonstrations and individual attention if you feel unsure.
What to bring:
- Your workshop registration email
- Yarn
- Knitting needles that match your yarn size
