Road and footpath openings consent

We are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of permit requests. There may be a delay in the response to your call or permit request.

You need road and footpath opening consent to open a road or footpath on Council land. You must get this consent before starting works.

Works may include connecting new services such as water, gas, underground power supply or storm water, or repairing a damaged storm water or sewer connection.
