As part of Community Safety Month and National Safe Work Month this October, the City of Stonnington is inviting local businesses to take part in a free Lunch and Learn webinar series.
These one-hour sessions (12–1pm) bring together expert speakers and practical advice to help business owners and employees build safer, more resilient workplaces and communities.
Lunch & Learn webinar program:
Hear from the Black Dog Institute on workplace mental health and wellbeing, and the inextricable link between work and overall wellness.
Hear from Launch Housing and Council on local initiatives including Stonnington Zero, and how homelessness and rough sleeping are being addressed locally through coordinated community action.
Gain insights from Conflict Resolution Training and Consultancy on preparing for dealing with difficult customers, and learn negotiation and conflict resolution skills to reduce stress in the workplace
Presented by Cyber Wardens, this session will cover the biggest cyber security risks facing small businesses, hot to spot the warning signs, and practical steps to protect your business.
Victoria Police will share strategies to help safeguard your workplace, staff, and assets.
