You can submit a request to order a new or extra bin, change the size of a bin, or start a new bin service.
The process for ordering bins depends on whether you live in a single-unit dwelling or multi-unit dwelling.

A single-unit dwelling is a detached building designed as a permanent, self-contained residence for one household.

FOGO bins for multi-unit dwellings
A multi-unit dwelling is a residential building or property with two or more separate living units. It allows more than one household to live in the same structure or on the same lot.
If you are an owners corporation manager looking to order a FOGO bin for a multi-unit dwelling, please contact us and include the following:
- owners corporation number (same as the plan of subdivision number registered with Land Use Victoria)
- contact details of relevant people
- authorisation from owners corporation agent or committee chairperson.
