Fee exemptions also apply to non-profit organisations, community groups and registered food businesses.

Most applications are processed within 10 business days.

What documents do I need to apply?

If you have one, you will need to provide a copy of your Food Registration with your application.

No. However, you need a permit to cook on a public footpath. Please contact our Local Laws team on 8290 1333 to enquire.
