Booking information
Bookings under 4 hours are charged the hourly rate. Four-hour bookings are charged the half day rate. Bookings over 4 hours are charged the daily rate.
Weekend bookings
Due to high demand, only 4-hour bookings are available on Saturdays and Sundays.
You can choose one of these time slots:
- 9 am – 1 pm
- 1:30 – 5:30 pm
If available, you can book the whole day:
- 9 am – 5 pm or 10 am – 6 pm
Not-for-profit discounts do not apply to these sessions.
Please note we are unable to process bookings with less than four working days' notice.
Bond
In addition to the hire fee, there is also a refundable bond which is returned to you, provided all conditions of hire are adhered to.
The Council sets fees for different bond levels. The booking officer will determine the bond level based on factors such as:
- event type
- previous bookings
- number of guests
- consumption of alcohol
- time of hire.
Additional hours
If you haven't left by the agreed time, we may charge extra fees.
Additional charge per hour after 6 pm, Friday to Saturday.
- $40.05 for Conference, Multipurpose, Balcony Dining Rooms and Downstairs Kitchen
- $51.45 for Community Hall/Indoor Court.
Discounts available
Only one discount per booking.
- 35% discount for not-for-profit organisations, community groups and owners' corporations
- 10% discount when hiring more than one space at the same time.
