Apply for a skip bin on Council land

We are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of permit requests. There may be a delay in the response to your call or permit request.

You need a permit to use a skip bin in the City of Stonnington.

You can apply for a skin bin permit that lasts between 1 and 30 days.

Key information

All bins must comply with the requirements of VicRoads guidelines for the placement of skip bins.

Overnight bins are not permitted in Chapel Street, Commercial Road and Toorak Road between Rockley Road and Punt Road.

Bins must not remain in designated clearways past the stipulated time.

Complete the agreement form

Email the completed agreement form

Send your completed agreement form to council@stonnington.vic.gov.au along with a copy of your Certificate of Currency for public liability. You will receive a confirmation email, along with instructions to login to our eServices portal.
