Mat Pilates on Mondays

Join us for a welcoming, all-levels Mat Pilates class designed to build strength, improve posture, and enhance mind–body connection. This gentle, thoughtfully paced session blends intentional movement, breathwork, and core-focused exercises to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and aligned.

Expect a flow that targets the deep core, glutes, hips, arms, and back using primarily bodyweight exercises. We offer modifications and progressions, so you can move comfortably at your own pace.

What to bring:

  • You can bring your own mat (they are also available here)
  • Small towel (optional)
  • Water bottle.
