Osborne / Edgar / Malvern ROW Reconstruction
In 2025, the City of Stonnington is reconstructed the right of way that runs at the rear of Osborne Avenue, Edgar Street and Malvern Road properties between Malvern Road and Kent Street, Glen Iris – excluding the rear of Malvern Road between the central right of way and Osborne Avenue (refer map).
The works were delivered in five (5) stages and commenced from the Edgar Street entrance to the right of way.
The works delivered on our commitment to maintain community assets to a high standard and provide residents with a safe and functional road and drainage network.

Relay bluestone pavers
Construct 600mm wide charcoal coloured concrete channel through centre of paving.
