Earl Street Windsor reconstruction

Signs of roadworks, triangle with man digging, witches hat, hard hat

The City of Stonnington is reconstructing Earl Street, Windsor (between Chapel Street and Hornby Street).

The works form part of Council's ongoing commitment to maintaining and upgrading local infrastructure. They will deliver a safer and more reliable road surface, an improved drainage network and a visually enhanced street.

Works will be staged, starting from the Chapel Street end in mid-November 2025, with completion expected April 2026.

There will be some inconvenience to road users, pedestrians and residents.

Every effort will be made to keep disruption to a minimum and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
