I have lived in Prahran for nearly 20 years and founded Mycroft Management and Consulting in 2013 to help SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) with what I call ‘the business of business’. Since then I have worked with over 200 different organisations across Melbourne, and a number of those in Stonnington.
Many people start doing something they are very good at, and over time, as the business grows, they find they are faced with challenges that are very different and hard to understand. The mix of challenges and opportunities are always unique in the combination experienced by a business although invariably I find parallels to almost every situation from my own career experience or work with other clients. Helping business owners and leaders navigate their way successfully through those challenges to make the most of the opportunities is what I do. I call it Business Mentoring.
