HomeCare Navigation

HomeCare Navigation supports families who are trying to do the right thing for an ageing parent, often while juggling work, children and care responsibilities of their own.

Australia’s aged home care system is complex, fragmented and difficult to navigate without experience. Many families feel lost, unsure where to start or worried about making the wrong decisions at the wrong time.

HomeCare Navigation offers independent, practical guidance to help families understand aged home care, funding options, assessments and support services. We translate the system into plain English and provide clear next steps so families can move forward with confidence rather than guesswork.

Support can be light touch or comprehensive. Some families need clarity and reassurance. Others need structured help or someone to manage the process on their behalf. In all cases, the focus is on reducing overwhelm, supporting carers and helping older people remain safe and supported at home.

HomeCare Navigation is not a care provider. We are independent advocates for families, focused on clarity, informed decision making and easing the burden during a demanding and emotionally complex time.

As a long‑standing Stonnington resident, I’ve established this business locally to support families of older members of our community. Operating from my home base in Stonnington, I work closely with individuals and families to help older people remain safe, independent and living at home for as long as possible.
