The City of Stonnington use online self-service platforms that allow you to easily complete a variety of tasks including planning applications, pet registrations and making payments.

Parking infringements

When it comes to paying or managing your parking fine, you can:

  • pay your fine in full online, by post or in person
  • apply to pay for the fine through a payment plan
  • appeal the fine by submitting a request with supporting documents
  • nominate another driver if you weren’t driving the vehicle at the time of the infringement.

Parking permits

The City of Stonnington has transitioned to a digital parking permit system. This means you will no longer be issued with a physical permit to be displayed on your vehicle.

Our ePlanning platform includes our planning permit register, where you can search for application and permit information.

Online self-service platform

You can use our online self-service platform to report an issue and submit your customer service request.

You can also register and apply and pay for:

  • building, animal or business permits
  • compliance certificates
  • registration fees for a pet, swimming pool or business

Once registered, you can:

  • track the progress of applications
  • manage and update your personal details.

When you register for our online platform, you will need to provide some personal data like your name, address and email address. The data you share is stored in secure Australian-based servers with strong security measures in place.
