Lodge a Certificate of Barrier Non-compliance (form 24)

The City of Stonnington has moved to a new online service system. There may be processing delays during the transition period.

A pool inspector will issue a Certificate of Barrier Non-Compliance (Form 24) if a swimming pool or spa barrier fails a safety inspection.

For example, a pool may fail an inspection because its gates do not close properly or its barrier is less than one metre high.
