A rate book shows transactions such as rates levied and paid on properties made over a certain period of time. You may need a rate book to confirm payments received for taxation purposes.
Our Rates team provide a rates book on request for selected properties, after verification that the property owner is authorised to receive this information.
How to apply
Log in to the portal to request a rate book. If you don't have an account, you can sign up. Find out more about our online services.
Once logged in:
- select ‘All reports and requests’ under Make a request
- select ‘Rates – Print rate book’ in the drop-down
- follow the prompts.
