Conquer Cancer Australia World's Longest Relay - Volunteers needed

The-Goal

Conquer Cancer Australia is a national movement aimed at raising funds for brain cancer research and supporting families affected by cancer through community-driven events, including a Guinness World Record attempt for the longest continuous relay.

To break a Guinness World Record, we need timekeepers and witnesses. You’ll help runners transition and record their effort. No witnesses, no record. Simple.

But this isn’t just volunteering. This is your chance to make history.

The more shifts you take, the more iconic you become. And we’ll shout it from the rooftops:

  • Social media callouts
  • Digital badges of honour
  • Surprise perks + serious bragging rights

It would be great if you can come on the first day of the event just to be part of the momentum.  The Media will be in attendance, and it will be a great opportunity for everyone to meet one another, as well as the broader leadership team, as we officially open the event together.

We will be conducting training for Volunteers before the event. More information will be provided shortly.

If you can please register for at least one shift before then, simply so you’re in the system, that would be greatly appreciated. For now, let’s focus on Week 1, and we’ll build from there.

Thank you again for your time and commitment. This event will make a real impact, and your involvement is a big part of why it will succeed.

Our momentum is strong, and the level of support we’re seeing across Melbourne and Australia has been outstanding.
