This class is open to participants of all abilities. Travel around the culinary world with easy-to-cook recipes from different countries. Explore the health benefits of fresh food and create simple budget-conscious recipes for you to cook at home.

Each week you will gain more confidence and creativity in the kitchen so you can prepare or assist in making meals at home.

At the end of each session we sit down and share our culinary creations together.

This is a fun, engaging and inclusive class. We encourage participation and are able to cater to specific needs in a caring and supportive way.
