Join us for Meditation on Twin Hearts and reduce stress, relax deeply, increase your focus and improve your wellbeing.
Meditation on Twin Hearts can remove negative thinking and increase happiness and improve your inner peace. This meditation is practiced in over 120 countries as it supports people's overall health and wellbeing.
During our 45-minute meditation class, we will practice the meditation on twin hearts and some gentle short breathing techniques to promote calmness, that assist in calming the parasympathetic system, that you can use at home too.
