Join our free workshop supporting parents to stay connected and work as a team.

Join other parents in a relaxed and supportive space. Learn practical strategies for maintaining a positive relationship while raising young children. 

Babies under 12 months are welcome to attend. 

Topics include:

• equitably sharing care and household tasks
• dealing with conflict
• improving communication.

Workshop info:   

• three 2-hour sessions (held weekly) 
• designed for families with babies and children under four years   
• facilitated by both a male and female presenter from healthAbility.  

Morning tea provided.

Please note: this is a three-week course, participants should attend all three sessions.
