Make the most of your summer & autumn produce with our series of Saturday workshops at Correa Kitchen!

Come along to learn sustainable techniques & try new recipes at our monthly cooking workshops. Learn from our team of professional chefs and bring a container to take home a sample of the dish you've prepared!

Details for each session as follows:

February 28th: Summer Jams- make the most of summer with this beginner class on how to make simple jams using the best produce Victorian farms have to offer

March 14th: Passata Making- join us for this classic process of turning end of season tomatoes into beautiful passata ready for use in pasta, pizza and more

April 11th: Bread Waste Pasta & Puddings- never know what to do with that stale bit of bread in your pantry? This session focuses on turning that potential waste into 2 new products packed with flavour

May 23rd: Vegetable Stock and Soups- as the autumn weather hits, it's a great time to learn how to make simple soups from scratch using beautiful seasonal produce
