Malvern Cricket Ground sports lighting

The City of Stonnington is upgrading the Malvern Cricket Ground sports lighting with contemporary LED lighting that will improve safety and extend the hours the oval can be used for sport and active recreation.
The lighting improvements are scheduled to begin in February 2026 and will take approximately five months to complete. During construction there will be minimal disruption to the oval.
This project supports Council’s ongoing commitment to improving community infrastructure and delivering quality public facilities.
