Birdwatching Walk at Glen Iris Wetlands

Join us for a free guided birdwatching walk to celebrate National Bird Week (20-26 October) at the Glen Iris Wetlands.

Led by local bird enthusiast Professor Christian Doerig, this walk is a great way to discover the variety of local bird species in our wetlands and learn how to identify them.

During the walk, you’ll also see how easy it is to contribute your sightings to the 2025 Aussie Bird Count – Australia’s largest citizen science project.
